Hybrid schedule:
On-site from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM; remote (work-from-home) from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Must reside near the Atlanta area (Suwanee, GA).
Job DescriptionCompensation: US $30,000/year (equivalent to US $2,500 per month).
Work for a B2B tour operator and destination management company based in Gwinnett County, Georgia (USA), serving travel partners in South America, Central America, Portugal, and Spain. We are authorized ticket sellers for Disney parks, Universal Orlando Resort, Universal Studios Los Angeles, Sea World parks, Kennedy Space Center, and more. In partnership with Tours Limited, we help travel agencies and tour operators worldwide provide their clients with unforgettable trips around the globe.
Aboutthe Role
We are seeking a trilingual professional—fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English—with strong computer skills to join our tourism team. Previous experience in the travel industry is desirable, but we are willing to train the ideal candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth within an established travel company.
Responsibilities- Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Create travel itineraries based on customer needs
- Manage requests through to resolution, coordinating with internal teams as needed
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to bookings and customer service
- Be available for emergency calls outside standard business hours when necessary
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (written and spoken)
- Strong computer skills/experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliability, customer focus, and attention to detail
- Residency in Gwinnett County, Georgia, or the surrounding area
- Experience in the travel industry is a major plus but not required—we provide training
- Willingness and availability to handle emergency calls or work outside standard business hours
Compensation: $30,000/year (equivalent to $2,500 per month)
