Customer Service Rep
Located in the heart of the North Loop Minneapolis area (free parking!), we're hiring for an Office Assistant / Customer Service Rep to deliver exceptional service for our customers over the phone, email and chat!
Details:- Pay: $21-23/hr to start + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
- Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Sunday - Thursday with a 1 hour lunch break (work from home on Sundays)
- Location: In-office Monday-Thursday in the North Loop area of Minneapolis - parking pass is provided!
- Duration: Start ASAP - contract role to work through February 2027 with potential to go permanent
- Manage customer inquiries (email, chat, and phone) related to orders, products, and website navigation.
- Process and track orders, communicate with carriers, and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle returns and refunds, issue shipping labels, and maintain accurate records.
- Use multiple CRM and e-commerce systems to document interactions and solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Must be okay with dogs-our office is pet-friendly!
- In-office B2C or B2B customer service experience (required); e-commerce experience would be amazing to have
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
- Comfortable learning and sharing product knowledge.
