This is an on-site, non-remote position
. No lending experience is required—we provide paid, on-the-job training. If you are dependable, enjoy helping people, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you!
- Assist customers by phone, email, and fax.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
