Customer Service Representative
This Customer Service Representative opportunity supports healthcare members and providers in a remote call center environment. Candidates should have strong call center or customer service experience and be able to commit to a strict attendance policy along with flexible evening and weekend availability. Candidates will report in person to Corona, CA on the first day for equipment pickup, followed by remote work.
Required
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Qualifications / Skills /
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recent customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and member inquiries
- Ability to work weekends and late evening shifts, up to 9:30 PM PST, based on business need
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow strict schedule requirements
- Able to report to Corona, CA on the first day for equipment pickup
- Reliable hard-wired internet connection at home required for remote work (Wi-Fi is not accepted)
- A quiet, professional workspace for remote work
Preferred Qualifications / Skills /
Experience:
- Healthcare, insurance, or member services background
- Experience handling inbound calls, complaints, billing, eligibility, and benefits
- Prior remote customer service experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply

Candidates will be required to work nights and weekends based on business needs, with shifts running as late as 9:30 PM after training is completed
Interview Process:
Second round interviews will be scheduled between October 5 and October

Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, addressing inquiries related to billing, eligibility, benefits, and general member services. This is a 6-month assignment with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance, though conversion is not guaranteed. The role is remote following the first-day equipment pickup in Corona, CA.
