Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional support to Wayfair customers;
Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction;
Resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution;
Act as a liaison between customers and other departments to address and resolve any issues or concerns;
Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality service;
