Customer Solutions Representative

At Kendall Hunt Publishing, our Customer Solutions Representatives support educators, administrators, bookstores, and students using our educational products and services. No two days are exactly alike. You'll work with a wide variety of customers, product lines, and business situations, creating an engaging environment that offers continuous learning and professional growth.

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, takes initiative, and enjoys solving problems. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks throughout the day while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service. They communicate confidently and professionally by phone and email, enjoy helping customers, ask thoughtful questions to understand needs, and can remain positive and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, and ticket systems.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, account setup, website registration, ordering, quotes, and order-related questions.
• Process a variety of customer order types accurately and efficiently.
• Research questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Route specialized inquiries to appropriate internal teams when needed.
• Stay current on products, procedures, and best practices.

• You'll collaborate with accounting, sales, technical support, IT, inventory control, production, and warehouse teams to provide the best possible information to customers.
• You'll be part of a team that values curiosity, continuous improvement, and customer-focused solutions.

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous customer service, order processing, or administrative experience preferred.
