Bilingual, Customer Service Rep
Continuum Global Solutions, LLC is seeking project-based Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls from members and providers with care and accuracy. Work is remote, flexible shifts may apply, and training is provided.
Responsibilities include answering questions about coverage, plan information, eligibility, and claims status, while maintaining compliance and privacy. Experience in healthcare call centers is preferred, with bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
