Join our team as a Customer Care Representative and become a trusted advocate for patients by helping them navigate healthcare payment solutions with confidence and compassion. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely while supporting patients through our program, providing outstanding service, and helping individuals manage their healthcare financial responsibilities.

As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the voice of the program, helping patients understand their accounts and providing a positive customer experience during every interaction.

• Handle inbound calls from current and prospective account holders.
• Place outbound calls to welcome new customers, assist with account servicing, follow up on past-due accounts, and support special outreach campaigns.
• Deliver a white-glove customer experience while serving as an advocate for patients and ambassador for the brand.
• Accurately document customer interactions and account activity within a proprietary CRM system.
• Escalate concerns and complaints as needed while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and quality evaluations to continuously improve performance.
• Embrace feedback and development opportunities in a collaborative team environment.
• Help drive program enrollment, increase payment activity, and support patient financial wellness.

• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Ability to communicate professionally and confidently over the phone.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must reside in the Portland, OR area or surrounding communities.
• Ability to travel onsite for equipment pickup and return when necessary.

• Reliable childcare arrangements during scheduled shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
