Throughout your day, you'll:

+  Assist members with questions and requests through high-volume inbound and outbound calls.

+  Provide friendly, clear, and accurate information about financial products and services.

+  Help members with transactions involving checking, savings, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.

+  Listen carefully to understand each member's needs and find the best solution.

+  Research questions and resolve member concerns using available resources.

+  Navigate multiple computer systems while confidently assisting members over the phone.

+  Introduce members to additional products and services that may fit their financial needs.

+ ⌨️ Accurately document calls, transactions, and member information.

+ ✅ Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

+  Create a professional, helpful, and positive experience during every interaction.
