Customer Service Representative

Techstaff has temporary assignments available for experienced Customer Service Reps. The assignments will initially be through the end of the year and do NOT offer remote work options. The hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Selected candidates will demonstrate excellent phone demeanor with the ability to be quickly and easily trained. We seek individuals who can stick to talking points, able to discuss technical issues and if needed provide a calming voice.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
