Customer Service Representative

Remote or On-Site Customer Service Representative – Full-Time or Part-Time Team Health National Patient Service Center | Work From Home or On-Site $750 Sign-On Bonus + Quarterly Incentives Are you a motivated communicator with a passion for helping others? The Team Health National Patient Service Center is seeking Customer Service Representatives for full-time or part-time roles. This position begins with paid, remote or on-site training at our Knoxville, TN location, which you can choose to work 100% remotely or from our office.

In this role, you'll assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries, delivering compassionate and professional service that truly makes a difference.

Position Highlights:

  • $750 Sign-On Bonus + Quarterly Performance Incentives
  • 4-week paid remote or on-site training at our Knoxville, TN office
  • Training hours: 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday
  • Work from home or work on-site — your choice!
  • Company-provided equipment for remote and on-site work

What You'll Do:

  • Provide excellent customer service by phone, assisting patients with billing and insurance questions
  • Research and resolve patient account issues
  • Update insurance information and rebill claims as necessary
  • Generate and send itemized statements or courtesy claims
  • Set up and manage patient payment plans
  • Accurately document all patient interactions
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all communications
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask: listen, speak, and type simultaneously
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and computer-based systems
  • Previous customer service, call center, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
