GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking a skilled Spanish-Speaking Agent to join our team. The role involves assisting customers who require towing and roadside assistance services, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout each interaction.

The Spanish Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating with drivers, and providing timely updates to customers. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first attitude to ensure each client receives professional and efficient service.

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in a call center or dispatching environment is an advantage
• Ability to handle emergency or high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently

• Basic knowledge of towing, roadside assistance, or transportation services is preferred
• Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Willingness to work flexible schedules , including weekends or holidays if required
