Patient Services Call Center Rep — Remote Eligible

Healthcare Network (HCN) in Immokalee, FL is hiring a Call Center Patient Services Representative I for our on-site call center. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, scheduling, triaging needs, and routing inquiries to appropriate teams.

Remote work may be available after three months on-site;
Florida residency is required. Candidates will complete pre-employment processing, AHCA background screening, urine drug screen and immunization validation.
