Customer Services Representative - Remote

In this position, you will work directly with union members and their families, providing guidance on available benefit programs and helping them navigate the enrollment process with confidence. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from home while collaborating with members through virtual meetings, phone calls, and online communication.
