Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Pharmacy WFH Customer Service Representative for a full-time, work-from-home opportunity supporting customers, pharmacies and healthcare providers with prescription benefit questions. This direct hire role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others, navigating multiple systems, and solving problems in a healthcare service environment.

• Handle approximately 60 to 80 inbound customer service calls daily in a professional and helpful manner.
• Assist customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with prescription benefits, eligibility, coverage, claims, authorizations, billing, payments, and medication delivery questions.
• Research and resolve customer concerns using multiple computer systems and internal resources.
• Accurately document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience expectations in a remote call center environment.
• Maintain privacy, confidentiality, and compliance standards while working from home.

• Pay: $15.00 per hour.
• Full-time position.
• Direct hire opportunity.
• Paid twice per month.
• Work from home.
• Hours of operation are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM CST.
• Open 7 days per week.
• Must be available to work a 40-hour schedule within operating hours.
• No part-time opportunities are available.
• Training includes 16 days of virtual classroom training and 5 days of live-call training.
• 100% attendance is required during training.
• Ongoing coaching and development are provided.

• Support inbound pharmacy customer service calls related to prescription benefits, billing, claims, coverage, authorizations, and eligibility.
• Research customer concerns across multiple systems and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
• Document interactions clearly while meeting quality and productivity goals.
• Maintain a secure, private, and distraction-free remote workspace that meets work-from-home requirements.
• 1 to 2 years of customer service, call center, administrative, healthcare, insurance, or related experience preferred for success in the role.
• Strong customer service, communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using multiple software programs, screens, and systems at the same time.
• Excellent computer navigation, multitasking, and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow established processes.
• Reliable attendance and full commitment to the training schedule.
• Private room dedicated as a workspace with a door that closes and locks.
• Screen must be positioned away from windows.
• Wired internet connection is required, Wi-Fi is not permitted.
• Ethernet connection must be available in the workspace.
• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Active cell phone service is required.
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment and comply with privacy requirements.

• Previous call center experience.
• Previous healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, benefits, claims, billing, or administrative support experience.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls.
• Familiarity with prescription benefits, authorizations, eligibility, or healthcare customer service workflows.
