In this role, you will support and review low level complexity help desk requests.

• Provide a proactive and consultative approach to programming basic entry level solutions
• Learn, understand, and adhere to department guidelines and procedures consistently
• Provide basic troubleshooting for key information related to client concerns, programming errors, and escalations
• Focus on basic routine requirements gathering and routine writing
• QC Web updates per help desk requests
• Provide an on-going resource for OBT and QCE implementation projects
• Submit requests to detach and/or attach global standard optional or custom routines
• QC Web account creation for project implementations

• Prior experience in the travel industry, should include Mid Office Applications knowledge as part of an organized technology team
• Strong hands-on knowledge of all aspects of the travel reservation process
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Proven customer service skills
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus GDS systems is a plus

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Business Analyst 1, CSS Travel Automation is between $58,000 and $62,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
