Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Agent/Representative (CSR) for a remote position supporting Veterans with VA Medical Disability Examinations (MDE). You will handle inbound calls, assist with the Veteran-facing portal, and document interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements include 2–3 years in customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and English fluency. The shift runs 4 AM–10 PM PST, Mon–Sat, with two weeks of training via Zoom.
