- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries or complaints.
- Use appropriate methods and tools to provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information.
- Efficiently handle customer complaints, swiftly offering suitable solutions and alternatives, ensuring resolution follow-up.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests remotely.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and document processes.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers, fostering a loyal client base.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to maintain high service standards.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a skill assessment and background check
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Must have a computer/laptop
- Headset or headphones with microphone attachment
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.
- This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection.
- A strong, stable internet connection
- Flexibility to work shifts, including potential nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Hourly pay range: $13 - $20, depending on the company agents choose to service.
- Sales incentives and performance-based bonuses offer additional earning potential.
