Job Requirements:
- Preferably with an established experience in a customer service role.
- Willing to work through the holiday season.
- Technologically savvy and has multi-tasking skills to easily navigate multiple tools at once.
- Has excellent communication skills and can apply an empathetic and professional approach on the phone.
- Can establish a good relationship with the customer to address needs properly.
- Priority given to Active Duty Military Spouses and Family Members.
- Must be able to provide own equipment
Job Description:
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Enter accurate notes and maintain account records
- Support sales goals through upselling products when appropriate
- Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues
- Adhere to all quality and compliance standards
