Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Customer Care Associate to manage collections, membership retention, customer support, live chat, and sales for a remote fitness and wellness platform. You will balance service with commercially driven goals across phone and chat interactions.
This role is fully remote with a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET, and a monthly compensation between $900 and $1,300 USD as a full-time contractor.
