A leading remote call service provider is seeking experienced customer service professionals for their Winter Campaign Project. This remote position involves answering inbound calls, with a focus on donations for non-profit organizations. Candidates must have at least 6 months of telephone experience, can type 40 WPM or higher, and be self-motivated. Successful applicants will undergo a certification process starting on October 15th, 2015, with the project running through late December.
