Customer Service Representative-Work from home

Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with daily customer needs, and ensure transactions and requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

• Work with customers, employees, and internal departments to ensure customer needs are met;
• Process customer payments and deposits accurately;
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records;
• Process checks and other customer transactions;
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department;
• Process account and service-related transactions accurately;
• Assist customers with account and service inquiries;
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner;
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation;
• Provide information about company products and services;
• Maintain current knowledge of company policies, products, and services;
• Follow established procedures for customer transactions and requests.

• Strong attention to detail;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Previous customer service experience;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Professional and friendly approach to customer interactions;
• Ability to handle confidential customer information;
• Previous cash-handling, banking, retail, or financial-services experience is an advantage;
