You will act as a key personal manager and frontline support specialist for clients who have purchased a subscription, helping them navigate platform tools and maintain CRM/private notes.
You will ensure concierge-level support while strictly adhering to compliance boundaries, manage queues and SLAs, and collaborate with internal teams to improve response quality.
