Community and Support Lead

Quippy (YC F26) is a daily practice room for the conversations people dread. You pick a real situation, like disagreeing with your manager or starting a conversation at a party, rehearse it with a realistic scene partner by voice or text, and get honest, line-by-line feedback on what landed. The app is live on the App Store.

People come to Quippy with conversations that matter to them. You will be the first person they hear from when they need help, and you will build the community where they share what worked.

• Answer users with care and speed, and turn what they tell you into product changes
• Build and run the Quippy community, online and in person
• Find the stories of people who got better, and share them
• Write the help articles and messages that keep people moving

• You have built or looked after a community people cared about
• You write warm, clear replies, even to someone who is upset
• You spot patterns in feedback and push for fixes
• You enjoy people, and they tend to open up to you

• A founding role with shares in the company
