Our client is seeking a Customer Service Specialist 1 - Contingent to join their team in Irving, TX. As a Customer Service Specialist 1 - Contingent, you'll be the voice that helps customers move forward-using outbound calling, clear communication, and careful pipeline management to route and confirm leads. * ** What's the Job?*
* + Make outbound calls with a focus on personality, communication skills, curiosity, and customer service.

+ Perform call routing during the pilot by triaging retail leads and attempting to contact customers to confirm business need.

+ Route confirmed leads to dedicated sales consultants and support a smooth handoff with succinct, detailed referral notes.

+ Maintain impeccable pipeline management by tracking contact attempts, scheduling calls with pilot sales agents, and updating CRM with accurate status.

+ Participate in weekly feedback sessions to evaluate what's working, what needs improvement, and how to adjust the pilot for accurate conversion outcomes.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bilingual Spanish is a MUST HAVE (Spanish-speaking customer support is prioritized as needed).

+ Sales / customer service background with great communication skills and a proven job history with stability.

+ Strong pipeline / lead management skills, including high-volume follow-up and detailed CRM updates.

+ Experience supporting appointment scheduling, documentation collection, and/or underwriting or contract validation support (preferred).

+ Comfort working with Microsoft Excel and maintaining manual tracking/reporting when system support is limited.
