Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is hiring inbound customer service representatives for a fully remote role. You will be the first contact for individuals relying on essential services, delivering calm, clear, and helpful support from home.
Training is provided: first two weeks with a 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST schedule. You’ll handle calls, troubleshoot basic issues, schedule appointments, document interactions, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved while working with a remote team.
