We are seeking organized and dependable individuals to join our team as Remote Client Services Providers .

This role focuses on supporting clients, coordinating details, providing updates, and helping ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. The position is fully remote, offers flexible scheduling, and includes training.

• Communicate with clients regarding their needs and preferences
• Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and important details
• Provide timely updates and follow-up
• Research and organize available options
• Assist with reservations, changes, and client requests
• Maintain accurate client records and notes
• Review information for accuracy and completeness
• Respond to client questions professionally
