Position Overview

There is no cold calling and no door-to-door prospecting
. Your focus is on communicating with members, answering questions, and helping them understand the options available to them.

• Connect with members who have requested information and schedule virtual appointments
• Conduct phone and video-based client conversations
• Learn about each member’s needs and explain available benefit options
• Answer questions and provide clear guidance throughout the process
• Assist clients with digital forms and necessary documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Follow up with members to provide continued assistance
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Work collaboratively with your team to provide a consistent client experience
