Location: Indianapolis
- Responsible for performance, growth, and retention of high-value enterprise accounts.
- Serves as primary relationship owner and drives customer outcomes.
- Develop strategic account plans and build trusted relationships with senior executives.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and lead renewal forecasting.
- Analyze customer data and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of Customer Success experience in SaaS.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and strong executive presence.
