Customer Service Representative Latin América - Remote; Fully Remote

• Answer all incoming customer service phone calls and emails promptly.
• Engage with customers via live chat and build strong relationships.
• Identify and clarify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions.
• Act as liaison between headquarters and retail departments.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail or eCommerce.
• Perfect English verbal and written communication skills.
• Process-oriented with high attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Google Suite, Zendesk, and Shopify is a plus.
