As the first point of contact, you will handle account questions, billing inquiries, and technical issues via inbound messaging, applying detailed workflows while maintaining speed and accuracy.
Expect 40 hours per week with structured orientation hours in Pacific Time; prior experience with high-volume chat and global audiences
