- Review user profiles and content to ensure compliance with policies.
- Handle support tickets and investigate safety incidents.
- Use tools like reverse image search to identify fraud.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of moderation or customer support experience.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and detection tools.
- Strong English (B2+) and intermediate Russian (B1+) preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week with rotating shifts (CET times).
- Two days off per week, either consecutive or split.
