Speaks Law Firm is seeking a full-time Legal Intake Coordinator to join our legal team. The Intake Coordinator plays a crucial role in the client onboarding process and contributes to ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all clients.
This remote position requires handling a high volume of phone calls and flexibility to work evenings and weekends from 5pm to 11pm, with residency in North Carolina. Prior customer service in a law firm and bilingual Spanish are a plus.
