Entry Level Travel Coordinator

Love travel, staying organized, and helping people? We're looking for an Entry-Level Travel Coordinator to assist with reservations, itineraries, and client requests while learning the ins and outs of the travel industry.

This is a fully remote role with training provided, making it a great fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.

• Assist with hotels, flights, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel arrangements.
• Help organize itineraries, confirmations, and reservation details.
• Communicate with clients about preferences, updates, and trip information.
• Assist with booking changes and follow-ups.
• Keep client and reservation records accurate and organized.
• Provide friendly, professional customer support throughout the planning process.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently from home.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Customer service, hospitality, administrative, or travel experience is helpful but not required.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
