We're looking for friendly, organized individuals to assist clients with the details that go into creating a well-coordinated experience.
As a Remote Travel Support Specialist
, you'll provide customer support, help organize reservations and schedules, research available options, and communicate important information as plans come together. You'll work with a variety of details, which may include accommodations, transportation, activities, destination information, and itinerary timing.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, researching solutions, and keeping details organized.
No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Your RoleYou may assist with:
- Gathering client preferences, dates, and planning needs
- Researching accommodations, activities, transportation, and other available options
- Supporting reservation and confirmation processes
- Organizing schedules and itinerary details
- Providing clients with updates and important information
- Following up on pending requests and unanswered questions
- Reviewing details for accuracy and completeness
- Helping coordinate changes when plans or availability shift
- Maintaining organized client records
- Providing ongoing assistance throughout the planning process
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Comfortable communicating with clients
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Dependable with follow-up
- Able to manage several priorities at once
- Comfortable researching information online
- Confident using email and web-based platforms
- Able to work independently in a remote environment

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, sales support, or coordination may be beneficial, but it is not required.
