Speaks Law Firm is seeking a full-time
Legal Intake Coordinator
to join our legal team. The Intake Coordinator plays a crucial role in the client onboarding process and contributes to ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all clients. This role requires handling a high volume of phone calls. Must be able to work flexible hours on evenings and weekends from 5pm - 11pm. This is a remote position and candidates must currently reside in North Carolina.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:- Respond to all client inquiries by phone, email, chat, etc. in a timely manner
- Engage in warm and professional conversations with potential clients
- Build rapport, establish trust, and ensure clients feel heard and understood while walking them through the intake assessment
- Effectively communicate the firm’s vision, mission, and core values to potential clients
- Set up new client case files in CSM
- Confirm receipt of all relevant documents (i.e., legal documents, medical records, billing records, lien information)
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and information in our database
- Assist with documentation, data analysis, conversion rates, and client referrals
- Responsible for Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and subsequent reporting
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the client and their case to facilitate efficient case management
- All other duties as assigned
- Associates degree or higher preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a law firm preferably personal injury preferred
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Experience with Smart Advocate a plus
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Attention to detailand a bility to multitask while handling a high volume of phone calls
- Must have a passion for customer service and advocating for our clients
The is a full-time hourly position starting at $19 depending on experience.
