Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Client Support

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Location: Remote – Contiguous United States Only

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Assignment Duration: Temporary assignment with the potential to last up to six months

Equipment: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)

Position Overview

Struction Solutions is seeking dependable and customer-focused bilingual Client Support Representatives who are fluent in English and Spanish to assist members of Louisiana Medicaid managed care programs.

Representatives will answer incoming calls in both English and Spanish, explain healthcare enrollment options, process member requests, and provide courteous and unbiased support.

This is a work-from-home position. Candidates must provide equipment that meets the required BYOD specifications and be available to work assigned hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from Louisiana Medicaid members and potential members in both English and Spanish

  • Assist members with selecting a health plan and indicating a primary care provider preference

  • Clearly explain healthcare enrollment information and how to access services through Louisiana Medicaid managed care programs

  • Process enrollments, disenrollment, and other member requests

  • Educate members about managed care, the 90-day choice period, and annual enrollment

  • Research and follow up on complicated or unresolved cases

  • Accurately document member questions, complaints, requests, and resolutions in English

  • Maintain current knowledge of program policies, procedures, and changes

  • Protect member confidentiality and provide unbiased assistance

  • Escalate concerns to a Lead Agent or Call Center Supervisor when appropriate

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Bilingual Language Requirements
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish

  • Must be able to speak, read, and understand both languages clearly and professionally

  • Must be comfortable assisting members and handling calls in both English and Spanish

  • Must be able to accurately explain healthcare enrollment information in both languages

  • Must be able to document member interactions clearly and accurately in English

  • Bilingual proficiency may be assessed during the interview or hiring process

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent active-listening and customer-service abilities

  • Comfortable using computers, reports, and multiple automated systems

  • Ability to communicate effectively with culturally diverse populations

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred

  • Medicaid, managed care, Louisiana Medicaid, or LaCHIP experience is helpful but not required; program training will be provided

Mandatory Paid Training and Nesting Training
  • Begins September 29, 2026

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Eastern Time

  • 12 days

  • 100% attendance required

Nesting
  • Monday–Friday, 9:45 a.m.–6:15 p.m. Eastern Time

  • 15 days

  • 100% attendance required

Candidates must not have any prescheduled appointments or anticipated absences during training or nesting. Missing scheduled time may result in removal from the assignment.

Agents must remain on camera throughout the entire training and nesting period.

Regular Hours of Operation

Normal business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:15 p.m. Eastern Time. Candidates must be available to work their assigned hours within this schedule, regardless of their local time zone.
