Customer Service Representative; Mandarin Bilingual); Fully Remote

• Handle English- and Mandarin-speaking customer inquiries, calls, messages, and CRM records.
• Prepare/review estimates, product details, pricing, and glass/order information.
• Send invoices, collect deposits, follow up with customers, coordinate approvals, and support scheduling.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills; solid organizational and time management skills.

Technical Requirements:

• USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
• Main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection, backup internet at least 10 Mbps.
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar) and experience with word-processing and spreadsheets.
