Client Success Specialist SR

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Client Success Specialist to build strong client relationships, provide ongoing support, and help clients achieve their goals. • Previous experience in
  Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar role
  .
• Experience working directly with clients or customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Ability to build positive and professional client relationships.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
• English proficiency is required if working with English-speaking clients or teams.
