• Own each new brand from signed contract to live, including technical setup and use case delivery.
• Work with stakeholders from founders to retention teams to ensure successful go-live.
• Transition accounts to CSMs with a clear handoff and write playbooks for scale.

• Brands are live with their first use case within weeks of signing.
• Every onboarded brand has a result their team can point to.
• New teammates can run onboarding from your playbooks in their first month.
