Customer Service Representative

Scholar Trip is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Orlando, Florida to assist travelers with questions, bookings, and service requests. This is a remote position for Orlando-area candidates . Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
Pay: $23--$28/hour. No previous experience is required. Training is provided.

• Respond to customers by phone and email.
• Assist with travel-related questions.
• Support booking and itinerary requests.
• Provide clear and accurate information.
• Update customer records and notes.
• Escalate complex requests when needed.

• Must reside in the Orlando, FL area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
