Healthcare Customer Service Representative; RN); Fully Remote

• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Calmly resolve and de-escalate any issues while escalating interactions when necessary.
• Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a college degree (RN) with an active RN license.
• Have at least 6 months of healthcare or customer service experience.
• Be comfortable with desktop computer systems and a call center environment.
