- Report to the Manager of Support and join the Customer Experience team.
- Collaborate with customer success and onboarding managers to provide outstanding support.
- Work hours between 8:30am - 5:00pm PST.
- Handle inbound inquiries and support requests in written and verbal French and English.
- Proactively reach out to customers needing assistance or account reviews.
- Identify customer goals and direct them to best practices.
- Minimum 2 years in customer-facing support within a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience with Zendesk and strong business/technical aptitude.
