This is a remote position.
Remote Reservations Customer Service Agent – Travel & HospitalityLiving for Tomorrow is currently accepting applications for a remote reservations and customer service opportunity supporting a major travel and hospitality program.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping customers plan memorable experiences, can manage detailed reservation information, and delivers patient, friendly service in a fast-paced remote environment.
CompensationProduction Pay: $11.00 per hour / $5.50 per 30-minute interval
Certification Pay: $7.00 per hour
Agents work as independent contractors and select available servicing intervals based on program availability and servicing requirements.
What You’ll Do- Creating, confirming, and managing reservations
- Lodging and accommodation questions
- Dining-related requests
- Ticket and package questions
- Air and travel-related reservation support
- Availability and pricing inquiries
- Promotions and package information
- Dietary and special requests
- VIP arrangements
- Resolving guest concerns professionally
- Providing detailed information so customers can make informed travel decisions
Servicing intervals are available:
365 days per year7:00 AM–11:00 PM ET
The most availability is typically on:
Saturday, Sunday, and MondayAgents must be able to service:
5 hours / 10 intervals on Saturdays and/or Sundays, or a combination of both
During the Certification SOW, agents must service at least 10 hours / 20 intervals per week, including the required weekend intervals.
Certification ScheduleCertification Dates:
September 28, 2026–October 29, 2026
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–1:00 PM ET
There is no class on October 12, 2026.
First-day attendance is mandatory, and consistent participation throughout certification is strongly encouraged.
Certification Requirements- Maintaining a 90% cumulative average on required knowledge checks and assessments
- Achieving at least 90% on required certification calls
- Completing all required coursework
- Participating in assigned role-play activities
- Completing the required Security Awareness course and achieving at least 85%
- Meeting required servicing and performance expectations
A webcam is required during certification activities.
Equipment Requirements- Windows 11 computer with all updates completed
- Operating system set to English
- Hardwired USB VOIP headset
- Wireless headsets are not permitted
- Smartphone or tablet capable of running a security-token application
- Webcam for certification
- Equipment capable of successfully completing required PC scans
- Commitment Adherence: 90% or higher
- Guest Satisfaction: 88% or higher in production
- Average Handle Time: 570 seconds or less in production
- Quality Assurance: 90% or higher
- Strong accuracy, professionalism, and customer-service standards

Additional eligibility restrictions apply based on prior program history, current enrollments, servicing performance, and certain conflicting travel-industry relationships.
