Call Center / Support, Customer Service Rep
Kelly is hiring a Medi-Cal Member Agent to support members via inbound calls and occasionally outbound calls. You will be trained to handle provider inquiries and may be cross-trained to answer related questions, transferring calls when needed.
The role is fully remote with a Monday–Friday schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific, paid training (4 weeks online plus 1 nesting week) and a base pay of $18 per hour. Benefits include 80 PTO hours, 9 paid holidays, and standard company benefits.
