. You’ll meet with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, answer questions about available benefits, provide personalized guidance, and deliver exceptional service throughout the client experience.
This opportunity combines customer service, relationship management, benefits education, and consultative sales while providing the flexibility of working from home.

What You’ll DoAs a Remote Client Relationship Specialist , your primary focus will be creating a positive client experience while helping individuals and families understand available benefit options.
Client Relationships & Service- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
- Connect with individuals and families seeking information regarding available benefits
- Build trust through professional, personalized communication
- Ask questions to understand each client’s needs and priorities
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
- Answer questions clearly and professionally
- Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
- Provide ongoing service and follow-up
- Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
- Develop long-term client relationships through consistent service
- Participate in structured virtual onboarding
- Attend ongoing training and weekly coaching
- Receive mentorship from experienced leaders
- Strengthen communication and relationship-management skills
- Develop customer service and consultative sales skills
- Learn products, systems, and industry best practices
- Participate in leadership development opportunities
