Trident Care is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a remote role within 50 miles of Clearwater, FL.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 1:30pm–10:00pm EST. You will handle customer orders by phone, deliver prompt, courteous service, and document activity in the DDF system.
The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to type 35–40 wpm. A high school diploma and reliable internet are required; medical terminology is a plus.
