Operations Associate; Spanish Speaking); Fully Remote

• Take ownership of client-facing operational cases, balancing accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve invoice-related queries, troubleshoot platform issues, and manage cases end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and HR Operations teams to deliver effective solutions.

• 2-4 years of experience in customer experience operations, financial support, or SaaS environments.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with invoice management, CRM, or ticketing platforms like Salesforce or Net Suite is a plus.
