• Engage with customers by answering incoming calls, listening, and providing empathetic, timely assistance.
• Research concerns, determine solutions, and follow through to ensure effective resolution.
• Work collaboratively with dealerships to address customer concerns and coordinate information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with in-vehicle technology and automotive experience preferred.
