. In this fully remote role, you'll work with current and prospective clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, provide exceptional customer service, explain benefit options, and help clients make informed decisions about protecting their financial future.

No Previous Insurance Experience Required
No Cold Calling – Clients Request Information
Full Training & Mentorship Provided

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.

• Guide new clients through the enrollment process.

• Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing client support.

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.

• Develop personalized solutions based on each client's needs.

• Respond promptly to client questions and follow up as needed.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.

• Build long-term client relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service.
